Client Information
We do not share or sell client information to third parties,
except by the explicit instruction from the client, or with the approval of
the client. We use all means available to safeguard client
information.
Content Policy
NW Designs does not dictate to our customers what the
content, products or services in their websites should be. We do,
however, reserve the right to refuse to accept any customer whose website
content, products or services are specifically prohibited by law, or would,
in our judgment, tend to create a conflict with the general tenor of our
other customer's websites.
Account Payment
Design work for initial custom web site development will be billed on the
basis of the completion of two major milestones.

Domain name setup and hosting charges.

Completion of the web page or site.
The customer will receive two separate statements according to which
milestone has been completed. Work will progress to the next phase of
the project upon receipt of payment. If the customer wishes to expedite this
process, they may choose to prepay the hosting charges and 50% of the
estimated design cost, in which case they would receive just the final
statement. The web site will be published to the world wide web upon receipt
of final payment.
